Food Documentary : El Bulli : Cooking in Progress

I became a bit of a wannabe foody during the rise of food network and yelp. I know nothing of El Bulli but this documentary looks stunning, molecular cooking I find very interesting and although I will most likely never be able to eat at something like this at least someone will give us some beautiful food porn and incite to what such an experience would be like.

The Decline of Western Civilization.

This is an amazing documentary I found on Cvlt Nation covering early punk legends Black Flag, The Germs, and looking at Slash magazine. Covering the brutal nature of the rise of hardcore punk rock, discussing zany humorous side and interviews covering the chaos and violence that the scene was well known for. This documentary really lays out the direction-less action that made Punk Rock a house hold name.
