Much like Empire Strikes Back Penelope Sheeris places her strongest piece at the clamax of her opus series The Decline of Western Civilization. Younger versions of everyone's favorites from Alice Cooper to Ozzy Ozbourne giving testimony to how awesome their lives were in their prime. The only thing I could think the whole time I watched this movie was that I should have learned to play guitar a long time ago. Penelope really highlights the influence of sex on the hair metal scene, and that Lemy is a man of few words. Enjoy.
